For direct bookings, the deposit paid is non-refundable unless the cancellation is notified in writing at least 60 days before the scheduled arrival date. In that case, 50% of the deposit amount will be refunded within two (2) months from the date the cancellation request is submitted.
Requests to modify a booking, including changes to the stay dates or the number of guests, are considered strictly subject to availability. The final charge is determined according to the rates applicable to the new stay dates.
All requests concerning booking modifications, changes to the number of guests or cancellations are accepted and handled exclusively by email.
