Terms & Conditions of Stay
Check-in & Check-out Times
- Check-in: from 15:00 to 20:00
- Check-out: by 11:00
- Requests for early check-in or late check-out are considered subject to availability and only after prior arrangement and approval by the property. The property reserves the right to accept or decline such requests depending on availability and its operational requirements.
Additional Guests
- The booking is valid exclusively for the number of guests declared when the reservation is completed. Additional guests may not stay at the property without prior notice and approval.
- If additional, undeclared guests arrive, the property reserves the right to refuse their stay and/or cancel the booking without refund of any amount paid, including the deposit.
- If availability allows and the property approves the stay of additional guests, the following extra charges apply per person, per night:
- Children up to and including 14 years old: 30€
- Guests aged 15 and over: 50€
Cancellation & Booking Modification Policy
- For direct bookings, the deposit paid is non-refundable unless the cancellation is notified in writing at least 60 days before the scheduled arrival date. In that case, 50% of the deposit amount will be refunded within two (2) months from the date the cancellation request is submitted.
- Requests to modify a booking, including changes to the stay dates or the number of guests, are considered strictly subject to availability. The final charge is determined according to the rates applicable to the new stay dates.
- All requests concerning booking modifications, changes to the number of guests or cancellations are accepted and handled exclusively by email.
